Notes:
- Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
- The registration fee does not include: Accommodation, Visa application fee, Transportation fee.
- Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to: secretary@pmsconf.org.
If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
After May 5, 2023: No Refund - Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
